Planning permission granted - retail/residential development

Planning permission has just been granted for the redevelopment of 14-16 York Road in Erdington, following a rather lengthy application period. Red Bear Landscape were able to fuse hand drawn sketch material with CAD drawn finished drawings which helped negotiations of massing, forms, picking up on historical context and scale and material details.
